This product is formulated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inventec.dehon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inventec<\/a> with a UV tracer for easy detection under UV light in order to support quality control.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides exceptional repellence of all kinds of liquids<\/li>\n<li>Fast drying at room temperature (&lt;1 min)<\/li>\n<li>UV tracer with wide detection spectrum for easy quality control<\/li>\n<li>Substantial cost reduction due to small amount of product needed and simplicity of process<\/li>\n<li>PCB masking is not required, saving on preparation time<\/li>\n<li>No CMR substances<\/li>\n<li>Low environmental impact &amp; very low VOC<\/li>\n<li>Non-flammable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The best process will depend on factors such as operating conditions, equipment, time and the cleanliness of the parts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dipping process recommended\/spray application possible (especially for selective deposition)<\/li>\n<li>Typical coating thickness is about 0.2 to 0.5 microns by dipping application<\/li>\n<li>Recommended to apply on cleaned and dried surfaces<\/li>\n<li>Touch dry within less than a minute \/ No thermal or UV cure required<\/li>\n<li>Visible under UV light (around 350nm) to allow inspection after the coating is applied.
