{"id":2035,"date":"2023-10-06T17:51:54","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T15:51:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/product\/abchimie-836-uv-led\/"},"modified":"2024-02-28T11:03:14","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T10:03:14","slug":"abchimie-836-uv-led","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/en\/product\/abchimie-836-uv-led\/","title":{"rendered":"ABCHIMIE836 UV LED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ABCHIMIE836 UV LED is a single-component transparent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/en\/approfondimento\/conformal-coating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conformal coating<\/a> designed to protect electronic boards from moisture, dust and chemicals and is the third generation of conformal coating developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abchimie.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABchimie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This product, unlike acrylic resins, is solvent-free and therefore totally VOC free and features dual cure (UV + moisture) technology for crosslinking in shaded areas.<\/p>\n<p>ABCHIMIE836 UV LED has a high dielectric value (Log Ohm &gt; 10.5, IPC CC 830, SIR according to IPC TM 650 2.6.3.4) and complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent adhesion<\/li>\n<li>UV tracer for control<\/li>\n<li>Operating temperature: -50\u00b0C to + 150\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Can be welded without fear of highly toxic gases being produced<\/li>\n<li>Resistant to mold growth<\/li>\n<li>Excellent dielectric properties<\/li>\n<li>VOC Free<\/li>\n<li>High productivity<\/li>\n<li>UL94 V0 and UL746E approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>ABCHIMIE836 UV LED can be applied by brush, spray or selective equipment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommended thickness: 30 to 130 microns<\/li>\n<li>Spray: 30-90 microns<\/li>\n<li>Implant film coater: 90-130 microns (380 mm\/s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before application, the printed circuit board must be clean, dry and free of moisture.<\/p>\n<p>This product contains a fluorescent tracer to verify the correct paint deposition, and to facilitate inspection.<\/p>\n<p>The higher the level of fluorescence, the thicker the coating.<\/p>\n<p>Usually it is sufficient to condition the circuits in an oven for 4 hours at 80\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Packaging:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l drum<\/li>\n<li>5 l drum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2381,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2035","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","product_category-conformal-coating-en","product_category-electronics","product_partner-abchimie-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.2 -
