It adheres well to a wide variety of materials such as plastic, glass, metal and ceramic.<\/p>\n<p>The coating is available with solid content of 2, 4, and 8 percent, which provides different dry film thickness.<\/p>\n<p>When an immersion process is used, the 8% version is used to supplement the solid content in the coating bath in an immersion process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repellent to all types of liquids<\/li>\n<li>Fast drying at room temperature (&lt;1 min)<\/li>\n<li>High yield<\/li>\n<li>No masking of printed circuit boards required, saving preparation time<\/li>\n<li>No CMR substances<\/li>\n<li>Low environmental impact and low VOC<\/li>\n<li>Non-flammable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The best process to use for the application of PROMOSOLV\u2122 COAT UT10 2% depends on the operating conditions, equipment, time and cleanliness of the parts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommended dip process\/spray application possible (especially for selective deposition)<\/li>\n<li>Typical coating thickness is about 0.2 to 0.5 microns with dip application<\/li>\n<li>Application to clean, dry surfaces is recommended<\/li>\n<li>Dry to the touch in less than one minute\/does not require thermal or UV curing<\/li>\n<li>To manage the solid content in the paint bath, PROMOSOLV\u2122 COAT DILUENT 10 is used to add the solvent and PROMOSOLV\u2122 COAT UT10 8% (without UV tracer) is used to add the solid content<\/li>\n<li>PROMOSOLV\u2122 COAT DILUENT 10 can also be used to remove coating or to clean nozzles and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Packaging:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 kg drum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2972,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2974","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","product_category-conformal-coating-en","product_category-electronics","product_partner-inventec-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.2 -
