{"id":3189,"date":"2024-07-03T17:11:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-03T15:11:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/product\/abchimie-r76\/"},"modified":"2024-07-04T15:11:17","modified_gmt":"2024-07-04T13:11:17","slug":"abchimie-r76","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/en\/product\/abchimie-r76\/","title":{"rendered":"ABCHIMIE R76"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ABCHIMIE R76, manufactured by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abchimie.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABchimie<\/a>, is a two-component silicone resin (base and catalyst) for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/en\/approfondimento\/room-temperature-curing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RTV<\/a> 2 addition, that is, room temperature curing.<\/p>\n<p>It is mainly used for <em>potting<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The main property of the product to be cured is its remarkable fluidity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High chemical resistance to aggressive components of some types of resin.<\/li>\n<li>High tear resistance (this characteristic provides high wear resistance)<\/li>\n<li>High dimensional stability over time<\/li>\n<li>Remarkable resistance to high temperatures and aging<\/li>\n<li>Excellent non-stick effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>ABCHIMIE R76 resin is a two-component product (base and catalyst) and the ratio between the two parts is 1:1.<\/p>\n<p>The following is the operating procedure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>shake the two products before use<\/li>\n<li>mix them thoroughly until the color of the product is homogeneous<\/li>\n<li>the working time (WT) is about 20&#8242;-22&#8242; from the beginning of mixing at 23\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>it is recommended to vacuum the mixture to avoid air pockets<\/li>\n<li>the setting time (ST) is about 180&#8242; at 23\u00b0C .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exact 1 : 1 proportions must be respected to obtain the correct times and not alter the final characteristics of the product.<\/p>\n<p>Surfaces with which the material comes into contact must be perfectly clean, grease-free and dry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Packaging:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg + 1 kg<\/li>\n<li>5 kg + 5 kg<\/li>\n<li>25 kg + 25 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":3166,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3189","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","product_category-conformal-coating-en","product_category-electronics","product_partner-abchimie-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.2 -
