THERMASOLV\u2122 IM6, manufactured by Inventec<\/a>, is a dielectric fluid for Heat Transfer<\/em><\/a>, dedicated to two-phase immersion or direct cooling systems.<\/p>\n

Its high electrical insulation properties enable the immersion of live electronic and electrical devices in the fluid.<\/p>\n

The product’s favourable viscosity, density and surface tension characteristics allow optimal surface contact, which contributes to superior heat transfer performance.<\/p>\n

Excellent compatibility with all metals, a wide range of plastics and elastomers, and the chemical stability of the fluid make THERMASOLV\u2122 IM6 an ideal fluid for immersion cooling.<\/p>\n

THERMASOLV\u2122 IM6 also exhibits excellent stability, making it ideal for situations with a high probability of contact with water or in wet environments.<\/p>\n

THERMASOLV\u2122 IM6 is formulated with safety in mind. It is non-toxic, has no EUH phrase, is non-flammable and has no flash point.<\/p>\n

It is also an excellent sustainable solution as it has no ODP, has a very low GWP and can be recycled when needed.<\/p>\n
