{"id":3629,"date":"2024-12-19T12:56:58","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T11:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/product\/abchimie42k-uv-led\/"},"modified":"2024-12-19T15:20:36","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T14:20:36","slug":"abchimie42k-uv-led","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/en\/product\/abchimie42k-uv-led\/","title":{"rendered":"ABCHIMIE42K UV LED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ABCHIMIE42K UV LED, a product of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abchimie.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABchimie<\/a>, is a single-component acrylic urethane resin that cures with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemsolutions.it\/en\/approfondimento\/uv-led-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UV LED technology<\/a> and exhibits good adhesion to many substrates.<\/p>\n<p>It can be applied in thick deposits (up to 5 mm).<\/p>\n<p>ABCHIMIE42K UV LED offers local protection for components, particularly against moisture.<\/p>\n<p>It can also be applied to impart robustness to systems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Features:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soft resin<\/li>\n<li>Protection against humid and thermal environments<\/li>\n<li>Excellent adhesion on many substrates (PCB, plastics,&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>High viscosity<\/li>\n<li>No VOC<\/li>\n<li>Cured product up to 5 mm thick<\/li>\n<li>Very fast curing with UV exposure<\/li>\n<li>High speed process, increased productivity<\/li>\n<li>UL 94V0 approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>ABCHIMIE42K UV LED can be applied by brush, spray or with selective equipment:<\/p>\n<p>Recommended thickness: 30 &#8211; 130 microns<br \/>\nSpray: 30-90 microns<\/p>\n<p>Before application, the circuit board must be clean, dry and free of moisture.<\/p>\n<p>It is usually sufficient to condition the circuit boards in an oven for 4 hours at 80\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Once applied and cured, the surface of the resin is soft.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to use the appropriate LED equipment and recommended settings to achieve the best properties of the ABchimie42K UV LED resin:<\/p>\n<p>LED lamp 395 nm<\/p>\n<p>Minimum dose UVA2 : 3000mJ\/cm\u00b2 (for a thickness of 1 mm)<\/p>\n<p>A higher UV dose or overexposure will not damage the product.
