ABCHIMIE R76, manufactured by ABchimie, is a two-component silicone resin (base and catalyst) for RTV 2 addition, that is, room temperature curing.

It is mainly used for potting.

The main property of the product to be cured is its remarkable fluidity.

Features:

Application:

ABCHIMIE R76 resin is a two-component product (base and catalyst) and the ratio between the two parts is 1:1.

The following is the operating procedure:

• shake the two products before use
• mix them thoroughly until the color of the product is homogeneous
• the working time (WT) is about 20′-22′ from the beginning of mixing at 23°C
• it is recommended to vacuum the mixture to avoid air pockets
• the setting time (ST) is about 180′ at 23°C .

The exact 1 : 1 proportions must be respected to obtain the correct times and not alter the final characteristics of the product.

Surfaces with which the material comes into contact must be perfectly clean, grease-free and dry.

ABCHIMIE U6000 FREE A+B is a 2K polyurethane resin useful for low and medium voltage electrical applications, manufactured by ABChimie.

It is applied to the overmolding of boards, electronic components, transformers and sensors, suitable for automatic and manual applications. Due to its limited toxicity, it does not require mandatory user training.

Characteristics:

• Low toxicity (< 0.1% free isocyanate)
• No solvents, no halogens
• Semi-flexible
• UV resistance
• Chemical resistance to motor fluids.

Application:

The two parts of ABCHIMIE U6000 FREE A+B (resin A and curing agent B) should be mixed at a temperature of 18°C or above, according to the mixing ratio given in the technical instructions; in addition, before casting, it is necessary to make sure that the parts or molds are free of any trace of moisture.

The resin (U6000 FREE A) may settle, in which case, you must remix Part A to achieve a uniform color and appearance. This does not affect the quality of the product.

Before use, check each package of hardener (U6000 FREE B) for crystallization (presence of solid particles or cloudy liquid); if crystallization occurs, the product should be placed in an oven at 60°C until completely de-crystallized (maximum 16 hours). Bring back to room temperature before use.

After shaking the package, the product should be perfectly clear.
If the product is not perfectly clear after this treatment, use is strongly discouraged.

ABCHIMIE746E UV is a transparent single-component conformal coating designed by ABChimie to protect electronic boards from moisture, dust and chemicals.

The dual crosslinking with UV LED and moisture allows it to be applied even in areas with complex geometries and shaded areas.

This product can be applied by brush, pad, spray machines and selective coating machines, the ideal way to apply it.

The low viscosity of our system allows the thickness to be limited to about 80 microns.

ABCHIMIE746E UV complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.

Spray (two cross coats) 60-80 microns
Brush 40-60 microns

A relative humidity of at least 50 percent is recommended for the second curing mechanism.

Before application, the PCBA must be clean, dry and free of moisture.

ABCHIMIE AVR80 BA GEL is a non-toxic, flexible transparent acrylic coating for the protection of electronic circuitry formulated by ABchimie to meet the highest resistance requirements.

It permits to make dam ot high thickness deposit.

ABCHIMIE AVR80 BA GEL is reparable and can be removed with ABCHIMIE SND or DNS (100% Ozone Friendly).

Workshop temperatures of less than 16°C or relative humidities more than 75% are unsuitable for the application of AVR80 BA GEL.

Before coating Pcbs must be clean, dry and without moisture. The CI being humidity sensor, it is important to remove it before coating. A passage in oven from 1 to 2 hours at 60°C is generally enough.

AVR80 BA GEL contains a UV trace which allows inspection of the PCB after coating to ensure complete and even coverage. The stonger the reflected light, the thicker the coating layer is.

Application:

AVR80 BA can be applied by spraying, dipping or manually. Coating thickness depends on the application method, but a “dip coater” normally deposits a film thickness of about 25 microns (single layer).

AVR80 BA contains a UV tracer that allows inspection of the PCB after coating to ensure complete and uniform coverage.

The more intense the reflected light, the thicker the coating layer.

Before coating, PCBAs should be clean, dry, and free of moisture.

Homogenization of AVR80 BA is necessary before use. Trouble or a white veil can also be observed in the varnish AVR80 BA, then just mix the varnish before use.

ABCHIMIE836 UV LED is a single-component transparent conformal coating designed to protect electronic boards from moisture, dust and chemicals and is the third generation of conformal coating developed by ABchimie.

This product, unlike acrylic resins, is solvent-free and therefore totally VOC free and features dual cure (UV + moisture) technology for crosslinking in shaded areas.

ABCHIMIE836 UV LED has a high dielectric value (Log Ohm > 10.5, IPC CC 830, SIR according to IPC TM 650 2.6.3.4) and complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.

Application:

ABCHIMIE836 UV LED can be applied by brush, spray or selective equipment:

• Recommended thickness: 30 to 130 microns
• Spray: 30-90 microns
• Implant film coater: 90-130 microns (380 mm/s).

Before application, the printed circuit board must be clean, dry and free of moisture.

This product contains a fluorescent tracer to verify the correct paint deposition, and to facilitate inspection.

The higher the level of fluorescence, the thicker the coating.

Usually it is sufficient to condition the circuits in an oven for 4 hours at 80°C.
