THERMASOLV™ CF1 is a dielectric fluid formulated by Inventec for heat transfer, dedicated to single-phase direct or immersion cooling systems.

Its high electrical insulation properties allow the fluid to be immersed in live electronic and electrical devices. The product's favorable viscosity, density and surface tension characteristics allow for optimal surface contact, which contributes to superior heat transfer performance.

Excellent compatibility with all metals, a wide range of plastics and elastomers, and the chemical stability of the fluid make THERMASOLV™ CF1 an ideal fluid for immersion cooling.

THERMASOLV™ CF1 is formulated with safety in mind. It is non-toxic, carries no EUH phrase, is non-flammable, and has no flash point.
