ABCHIMIE9005 UV LED, a product of ABchimie, is a transparent glue designed for bonding glass to many substrates (glass, metal, plastic...) and cures with UV LED technology.

Curing is immediate thanks to UV LED radiation. The cured adhesive is colorless and does not yellow.

ABCHIMIE9005 UV LED complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.

Application:

To obtain the best properties from ABCHIMIE9005 UV LED resin, it is essential to use the appropriate equipment and settings:

• LED lamp with a wavelength of 395 nm;
• Minimum UVA dose: 1000 mJ/cm² (50µm); 5000 mJ/cm² (1mm);
• A longer exposure time can compensate for a lower lamp intensity;
• A UVA dose higher than the minimum does not have negative effects on the product;
• To ensure uniform curing, it is advisable to rotate the part during exposure to UV rays;
• It is important to check the compatibility of the resin with the LED lamp used.

It should be noted that the UV LED adhesive has a slight tack effect. This behavior is due to its chemical composition and the very nature of the product.
