ABCHIMIE80K UV LED, a product of ABchimie, is a single-component acrylic urethane resin that cures with UV LED technology and exhibits good adhesion on many substrates.

It can be applied in thick deposits (up to 5 mm).

Due to its formulation that imparts high adhesive power, it is not only used as a protection for boards but also as a glue.

ABCHIMIE80K UV LED offers local protection to components; in particular, it provides good mechanical protection to high components against vibration.

It can also be applied to impart robustness to systems.

Application:

ABCHIMIE80K UV LED can be applied by brush, spray or selective equipment:

• Recommended thickness: 30 to 130 microns
• Spray: 30-90 microns

Before application, the printed circuit board must be clean, dry and free of moisture.

Usually it is sufficient to condition the circuits in an oven for 4 hours at 80°C.

Once applied and cured, the surface of the resin is soft.
