THERMASOLV™ CF2

Dielectric fluid

Description

THERMASOLV™ CF2 is a dielectric fluid formulated by Inventec for Heat Transfer, dedicated to single-phase direct or immersion cooling systems.

Its high electrical insulation properties allow live electronic and electrical devices to be immersed in the fluid.

The product's favourable viscosity, density and surface tension characteristics enable optimal surface contact, which contributes to superior heat transfer performance.

Excellent compatibility with all metals, a wide range of plastics and elastomers and the chemical stability of the fluid make THERMASOLV™ CF2 an ideal fluid for immersion cooling.

The chemical nature of THERMASOLV™ CF2 also makes it a suitable product in preformed welding processes.

It is easy to spray and leaves no residue.

THERMASOLV™ CF2 is formulated with safety in mind. It is non-toxic, has no EUH phrase, is non-flammable and has no flash point.

Furthermore, it is an excellent sustainable solution as it has no ODP, has a low GWP and can be recycled when needed.

Features:

  • Excellent thermal conductivity
  • Very low surface tension
  • High electrical insulation
  • Low kinetic viscosity and low freezing point limit the load on pumps
  • Thermally and chemically stable during use
  • Can be recycled and reused
  • Low GWP and no ODP
