PROMOCLEAN™ DISPER 800 is especially designed by Inventec for the removal of all types of flux residues after reflow. Thanks to its excellent antifoam properties it is dedicated for aqueous spray-in-line processes but could be also recommended for spray-off-line processes. Thanks to its controlled pH, PROMOCLEAN™ DISPER 800 is compatible with aluminium, copper & most other sensitives materials.
It is a concentrated product which is used diluted with DI water, efficient from 10% of dilution. Its excellent surface tension allows optimal rinsing without residue or traces.
PROMOCLEAN™ DISPER 800 is suitable for high production rates thanks to its ability to solubilize quickly reflowed organic compounds.
