PROMOSOLV™ NEO A1 is especially designed by Inventec to replace rinsing solvents with a high HSE impact and to offer a product in accordance with the latest and future environmental regulations.

It can be used in combination with TOPKLEAN™ range in co-solvent cleaning process to offer an environmentally friendly solvent solution for degreasing without compromising on high cleaning performance.

PROMOSOLV™ NEO A1 can also solubilize fluorinated, silicon and light oils in a mono-solvent cleaning process.

This product is compatible with all metals and alloys, including very sensitive ones. It has also good compatibility with most plastics & elastomers.

It is formulated with safety in mind, which resulted in a product that has no mentioning of any EUH-phrases, is non-flammable and has no flash point. This product also exists in a recycled version (made from recycled solvent) under the name PROMOSOLV™ NEO A1 T.

PROMOCLEAN™ DISPER 800 is especially designed  by Inventec for the removal of all types of flux residues after reflow.

Thanks to its excellent antifoam properties it is dedicated for aqueous spray-in-line processes but could be also recommended for spray-off-line processes.

PROMOCLEAN™ DISPER 800 is compatible with aluminium, copper & most other sensitives materials.

It is a concentrated product which is used diluted with DI water, efficient from 10% of dilution. Its excellent surface tension allows optimal rinsing without residue or traces.

PROMOCLEAN™ DISPER 800 is suitable for high production rates thanks to its ability to solubilize quickly reflowed organic compounds.

QUICKSOLV™ DEF 70 SPRAY is a multi-purpose industrial cleaner for manual cleaning based on HFE 7100 of oils, greases, organic residues & solder flux residues.

Thanks to its low surface tension and reactive substances it permits to solubilize most of organic pollutants. Its fast evaporation allows substantial reduction in cleaning time.

QUICKSOLV™ DEF 70 SPRAY is a non-flammable product and is a drop-in replacement for flammable solvents like gasoline, isopropanol, acetone or any flammable cleaning aerosols. It’s formulated with safety, health of operators and environment in mind.

QUICKSOLV™ DEF 70 SPRAY is only suitable for manual use. For cleaning in a simple immersion tank (no heating, no ultrasonics, or spray,…) the non-aerosol version QUICKSOLV™ DEF 90 can be used.

The cleaning time depends on the amount of residue and time between each maintenance. We recommend frequent cleaning for a more efficient cleaning process. Regular cleaning decreases the overall cleaning time, consumption of cleaning chemistry.

TOPKLEAN™ EL 60 was specially developed by Inventec to remove flux residues and unwanted contaminants from printed circuit boards. It is a colorless, fragrance-free cleaner and consists of oxygenated solvents.

The product easily cleans solder paste and uncured adhesive from improperly printed stencils and boards.

It can also be used for removing solder paste from stencils, bad printed circuit boards, uncured surface mount adhesives such as uncured epoxy glues, and circuit assemblies that require additional treatment.

TOPKLEAN™ EL 60 rapidly dissolves electronic contaminants typical of manual repairs. The most important properties of TOPKLEAN™ EL 60 are its high cleaning efficiency for most solder flux residues, good compatibility with printed circuit board components, relatively rapid evaporation, and high flash point compared to ordinary cold cleaners such as isopropyl alcohol.

Features:

It is free of aromatic compounds, heavy metals and chlorinated compounds.

It therefore presents less risk and less impact on the environment than conventional halogen and alcohol-based detergents.
